More than ever, working teams need to reconnect personally and generate climate of trust that enhance collaboration.

We will begin the experience with icebreaking and networking dynamics that will facilitate interaction, reinforce relationships and trust in the group.

In teams, we will design a superhero. Each one must create and imagine a superhero that is needed for the survival and success of the company in a turbulent moment like the one we are experiencing …

A «script form» will be sent to the captain (previously assigned) that they must fill out together. He will have at his disposal different creative elements (costume kit) that will help disguise himself to recreate the character, following the guidelines of his team. In a creative and fun way, we will reflect on the values ​​and behaviors that maximize the commitment and the performance of the team.

At the end of time, everyone will return to the main room, and each team captain will present their superhero in 1 min.

We will end with a group selfie for memory of this especial moment together.
