Teams that don’t know each other, either because there are new members, because of remote work, … and for those who want to simply reconnect and share personal preferences and experiences that doesn’t pop-up with on a day-to-day basis.

An event that allows the participants to get to know each other better and create connections that go beyond the event.

• Develop a trust atmosphere and get to know each other in a more personal way.
• Promote interaction and collaboration among members.
• Connecting and fostering more informal relationships helps communication, strengthen relations and helps to work together in a smoother and efficiently manner.

Is there anyone among your people who has lived an extraordinary life? Who is actively involved in an NGO? Who has won awards in a category that you do not know? … Emotions, humour, surprises … In the finest TV style «talk show» way, we’ll let them talk and share, discover new colleagues  and to create connections based on their experiences and personal preferences.

• Days before the event, we will send the client company a battery of questions so that they can choose which ones to transmit to their collaborators.
• The collaborators will answer this survey with YES or NO. We will specify that they only answer YES if they do not mind talking about that experience.
• On the day of the event, and from our set, we will give way to the “talk show” in which we will share, as statistics, the responses. We will give way to the collaborators so that, by way of brief interviews, they tell their experiences, etc.
• We will create a «talk show» where everything is integrated and becomes a true television broadcast. Entry to the program, virtual set, the results of the statistics such as virtual funds, presenter, etc …
• We will create the right environment and climate to facilitate participation, meeting, and connections between attendees.
• From the set we will carry out the “realization” of the event, this allows us that all attendees are always watching each of the protagonists.
