WHAT WILL WE DO
Highly impacting and interactive workshop, especially for people who don’t know too much about cultural dimensions and the existing investigations on this topic. They will also experience their own reactions to cultural differences.
We’ll start with creating «awareness» with an insightful exercise. We’ll understand what WEIRD means and every participant will have their self-assessment done to measure their cultural profile.
In the most interactive part of the workshop the participants will learn and put in practice different strategies to develop their Cultural Intelligence (CQ) and manage the diversity in their teams to take the most of it. The workshop includes different dynamics as role-plays and small group discussions, about the different perspectives, values and prejudices in front of cultural differences. All in an interactive and funny way,

The experience will be adapted and contextualized to the momentum and challenges of the team through a briefing discussion with company’s representatives as well as a prework questionnaire to be filled in by participants before the session.
