From Born to Raval

From Born to Raval is a gymkhana through Barcelona that runs through the three emblematic neighbourhoods of the Ciutat Vella. Participants must seek answers to the enigmas that arise and overcome the various challenges that arise on their way.

At the same time that they solve the tests that are presented to them as a team, the participants discover iconic places in Barcelona and change their perspective, both towards their classmates and towards their own role in the group.

The tests consist of questions or puzzles, as well as interactive activities and a photographic challenge. In order to work on the key aspects for the proper functioning of each team, these tests are adapted to the needs of the organization.

Some of the tests consist of fun challenges such as Tabú, to guess typical elements of Barcelona, ​​or show the ability to function in such traditional Catalan aspects as drinking water from a porrón.

The result of this gymkhana in Barcelona is a team growth that improves both its interpersonal relationships and its communication skills, which directly influences greater collaboration and performance.
