Beach team challenges

Teams working together, newly created or already consolidated that want to work naturally on personal relationships, trust and teamwork through a fun and playful experience.

• Identifies the team’s strengths and areas for development.
• Encourages positive attitude and motivation.
• Increases the feeling of belonging to the company.

The challenge is to discover together through play the necessary elements to become a connected and efficient working team.

We will carry out different team tests on the beach that will test not only our skills but also our confidence, team spirit, leadership and focus on results. Some of the tests we propose are: Mega Ski, Catapult Building, Beach Volley, Naval Attack and Scorpion Course.

Each challenge takes about 20 minutes to complete, and the teams will be faced with tests that encourage team spirit. Coordination, communication, planning and a good team performance in the shortest possible time. Once each exercise has been completed, the monitor will tell the team what the next base is, and so on until they complete the various challenges.

To finish, a commemorative medal presentation, indicating the positive aspects of each team.

The activity is eminently outdoor, so sportswear and comfortable clothing that can get wet is recommended, as well as sun protection. If desired, the initial briefing and the final debriefing can be held indoors or in a covered area.

The physical effort is compensated by the skill tests in order to allow everyone to participate and to reach the end in good shape.

The activity will take place on Castelldefels beach.
