Team challenges

Newly created or already consolidated teams that want to work naturally on personal relationships, trust and teamwork through a fun and playful experience.

• Improves the team’s personal communication, trust and camaraderie.
• Increases the feeling of belonging to the company.
• Encourages positive attitude and motivation.
• Stimulates confidence, creativity and teamwork.

The challenge of the day is to experience together the elements necessary to become a real working team.

We will be organised into 10 teams of 10 members who will rotate through a series of activities as a competition. Each challenge takes about 20/30 minutes to complete, and the teams will face team-building tests. Coordination, communication, planning and good team performance in the shortest possible time.

Once each challenge has been completed, the facilitator will tell the team what the next base is, and so on until all the tests have been completed.

To finish, we will hand out commemorative medals and reflect on the positive aspects that have helped each team’s performance.

Some of the team tests we propose: mega ski, tower of power, shepherd and flock, spider web and construction of catapults.

The activity is eminently outdoor, so sportswear and comfortable clothing is recommended, as well as sun protection in summer. If the location allows it, the initial briefing and the final debriefing can take place indoors or in a covered area.

The physical effort is compensated by the skill tests in order to allow everyone to participate and be in good shape until the end.
