Change Makers

Change makers can be defined as the creators of movement, those who give life to new habits of thinking, working and living. They are people of all colors, genders, professions, ages and backgrounds.

Help others embrace the possibility of change, engage them in new paths of action and overcome obstacles.

In the context we live in, speed and the impact we have at different levels within an organization and in society determine our success. We now know that the fastest way to change practices is no longer vertical (top-down, bottom-up) but horizontal, through peer-to-peer interactions and actions.

We need a new approach, from the individual to the system. "We have to change the way we change" by Change Makers Factory.

This interactive change maker development workshop works in 4 areas:

• Self-alignement: working on the purpose and role of the change maker.
• Visualize how they can impact your systems and organization. How we change: person / organizations
• Self-awareness: identifying your own purpose, strengths and watch points.
• Facilitate guidelines and tools to start integrating their role in their day-to-day work.

Online: Computer, speakers, camera, microphone and internet connection.

Classroom: Open-plan room with chairs and screen.

The workshop will be contextualized at the time of the organization or team, adapting objectives if the specific situation requires it.

This workshop can be part of a more in-depth CMF change agent development program.
