Sustainable purpose

Work teams that seek to become aware of the challenges of sustainable development and thus drive the changes that the organization needs in the area of sustainability.

• Know the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and understand their importance.
• Discover experiences related to the SDGs that inspire the adoption of good practices.
• Reflect on the changes that the organization can promote to foster a sustainable future, always in line with its own business purposes.

• Experiment in a playful way with artisan production techniques that motivate the impulse for change.
• End the day with a group photo with inspiring T-shirts made by them, testimony of the conclusions of the experience.

We will start by talking about corporate purpose and its importance. At the same time, we will present the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) promoted by the UN. We will start a teamwork session in which we will analyze the company's value chain and map the SDGs that are being worked on, but also those that would be relevant to incorporate.

With this analysis, we will select three or four SDGs in which the company should make a commitment. In teams, we will begin to draw up a roadmap with concrete actions to implement in the company.

Finally, inspired by the selected commitments, we will brainstorm a phrase that reflects the spirit of this new commitment.

In the afternoon, we will learn about a social entrepreneurship initiative and enjoy a fun workshop in which we will print, with handmade silk-screen printing, the message we have worked on on T-shirts for the team.

We will end with a fun photo with the T-shirts created by everyone, an endearing souvenir of the session.
