WHAT WILL WE DO
This workshop is about slowing down, taking a moment to reflect and gain new perspective and understanding of your current challenges, goals and motivations. You will leave feeling more relaxed, rested and with more clarity going forward.
Exploring mindfulness techniques and concepts will help you relax, restore and become more resilient. We will explore ways in which we can improve our sense of wellbeing through the practice of mindfulness. We will explore mindfulness meditation, guided relaxation and other simple ways in which we can destress and regain our inner calm and vitality.
The individual commitments at the end of the workshop are key. Picking up a simple thing you can start doing tomorrow will be enough to initiate change.
Bright room, chairs or mats, projector with sound system. Pens and paper.
It can be performed outdoor (beach, country-side, …). Mats can we provided on demand.
It is highly advisable to perform this experience out of the offices/work environment.
If need, we could eventually propose a suitable and inspiring venue.
