WHAT WE WILL DO

The GTD® method is based on the principle that we need to free the mind of pending tasks by keeping them in a specific place, in this way it is not necessary to constantly remember everything that needs to be done and you can concentrate and be present in what you are doing at every moment. The method is based on 5 steps: capture, clarify, organize, review and act.

This workshop is an introduction to the basic concepts of the GTD® (Getting Things Done) method. We will go through the 5 steps of the method, based on very simple and easily applicable organizational principles. The objective is to provide us with a resource that will help us so that the day-to-day tasks do not make us lose sight of the ability and possibility of allocating time to what we want and better reconcile.

During the workshop we will see:

  • Fundamentals and basic concepts of the method.
  • How to capture tasks. The objective is to know how we can identify and collect all our commitments and tasks.
  • How to clarify and organize tasks. Define a system for organizing pending tasks, so that it is simple and intuitive to decide what to do at any given moment, depending on the context.
  • How to review the system. The objective is to maintain system reliability and gain perspective through periodic reviews.
  • To know the mechanisms necessary to generate the habits that guarantee good efficiency and organizational capacity.

Computer with network or wifi connection and webcam. Headset with microphone.
