Live face-to-face or on-line sessions of 30' - 1 h of duration where topics based on Positive Psychology are presented with the objective of improving the well-being and performance of people in the company.
Themes (to choose):
1/ Maximizing our Positive Attitude: Facing difficult situations we can adopt different attitudes. In this capsule we will see the need to assume our own responsibility (as opposed to victimhood). And from here, we will focus on how to apply the circle of influence to focus on what we can have an impact on, reduce complaining and improve our well-being.
2/ How to develop our Positive Thinking: Regardless of the circumstances we have, we can always decide the attitude with which we face them. In fact, people who 'believe they are capable' of overcoming challenges are much more likely to succeed. We will see how to increase our positivism impacting our well-being and achievement of goals.
3/ Psychological Safety, Growth and High Performance: Psychological Safety is by far the most important element of high performance teams. When we feel that we can be ourselves in our work and that we can ask, suggest or confront without fear of retaliation, extraordinary things happen. We will look at how to create a safe environment conducive to high performance.
4/ The power of Gratitude and Recognition: Sometimes, difficulties and uncertainty cloud us and we are unable to realize what we are capable of doing. Being grateful not only impacts my well-being but also my motivation. We will look at the impact of gratitude and use a simple model to maximize its effect within the organization.
5/ Flow - growth through optimal experience: We 'Flow' with an activity when we enjoy using our skills in pursuit of a goal. However, it is not easy to achieve this state in the work environment. In this session we will see how to create an environment where we can concentrate, focus and perform to our maximum potential.
6/ Job Crafting - how to grow by developing my talent: We understand Job Crafting as the process of redesigning the job that aims to do more of what motivates us, in order to have a greater impact on our work. We will see how we can shape our work to use more of our strengths and talents. And thus get more enjoyment out of our work, adding value to the organization.
